The Post Graduate Department of Software Technology, AIMIT St Aloysius College (Deemed to be University) signed a memorandum of understanding with Niveus Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a cloud-born engineering services firm and a Premier Google Cloud Partner in India & Singapore. The MOU was signed between AIMIT and Niveus Solutions Pvt. Ltd, on July 28. The students will be offered internships and job opportunities after the completion of their course.
As part of the collaboration, Niveus Solutions will have their representative in the Board of Studies of the MSc Software Technology course, and will share their expertise in designing the courses in the days to come. This initiative has been taken to keep the course relevant, updated, industry friendly and also to provide the students an opportunity to get trained in the latest technologies during their course of study at AIMIT.
The MOU was signed by Dr (Fr) Melwyn Pinto SJ, Director of AIMIT, St Aloysius College (Deemed to be University), and Ms Rashmi George, from Niveus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Dr Hemalatha, Dean (Academics, IT), Dr S. Ruban, HOD (PG Dept of Software Technology) from AIMIT and Mr Suyog Shetty, Mr Ajay Prabhu, Mr Adarsh Prabhu, Ms Luvlyn D’Souza and Ms Shipra Rai witnessed the signing of the MOU. The Signing of MOU also witnessed a fruitful interaction, with respect to the collaboration. The two parties agreed to work together with respect to enhancing syllabus, content delivery and technical skill of the students.
