Dr Hemalatha N, Dean (academics), IT, in her address spoke about various post graduate courses of IT department and also mentioned about opportunities provided by the college for overall student development.
The fest consisted of five events conducted in parallel through Google meet platform.
Stratum, statistical event. Based on presentation, understanding and confidence winners were: 1st place- Karan Agrawal and Sandra Prince (Kristu Jayanti College); 2nd place- Abhirama Bhat and Adhiti U (SDM College).
Technocrats, technical event. The winners were 1st Place – Jeevitha KM and Anubha Singh (Mount Carmel College); 2nd Place – Sayan Ghosh and Ashwin Hebbar (Kristu Jayanthi College).
Algebros, a mathematical event. The winners with challenging memory power along with multi-tasking ability won the event: 1st place- Andrea Lisa Dsouza (St. Agnes College); 2nd place- Udaya Vahini P (Mount Carmel College).
Potter brainz, a logical event. Considering the overall performance in both the rounds the winners were declared. The winners were: 1st place- Shreenavya & Ayshath Thashreefa (St. Agnes College); 2nd place- Sammer Uprety & Sarthak Arora (Kristu Jayanthi College).
Odyssey- in search of treasure, was a logical event. The first two teams to complete all the questions were crowned the winners: 1st place- Pradeep Jonathan (Kristu Jayanthi College)
; 2nd place- Sakshi Jha (Mount Carmel College).
Laveena Crasta, the staff coordinator of ANOVA 2.0 and HOD of the Dept. of Big Data proposed the vote of thanks. Based on overall performance and participation in all the events the team with highest points- Mount Carmel College from Bangalore was declared overall champion and Kristhu Jayanthi College from Bangalore were the runners up with excellent performance.
Earlier, Pranav Rivankar, student coordinator welcomed the gathering and Ms Anusha M V introduced the fest to the participants. Malani Lisha D’Souza compered the programme.
