Dr Pooja Nagpal from the department of MBA, AIMIT, St Aloysius College (Deemed to be University), was invited as a resource person for corporate training on ‘Senior leadership development programme’ at Power Mech Projects Ltd, Hyderabad, for two days on July 2-3, 2022. The company has its presence in many countries and 30 plus top management leaders across these countries were part of this training programme.
The platform was set to enrich these leaders on several domains like intrapreneur skills, critical decision making, people management skills, team building attributes, leadership sustaining skills, etc. involving both classroom assemblies as well as out bound team building activities. The sessions were well appreciated by all the participants.
