Dr Pooja Nagpal, assistant professor, department of Management, has been awarded the ‘Best professor in Human Resource Management’ by Asia Pacific HRM Congress. She received the award on October 26 at Taj MG Road, Bangalore.
Dr Pooja Nagpal, has also co-authored a book titled ‘Socio Economic Implication of Human Resource Management in Contemporary World’. The book takes the readers through the journey of human capital management, HR function, the role of HR, HR strategies and policies, international HRM, HRIS and so on. “The book is useful for the top management HR professionals, academicians, students and all those interested in the concept of HRM,” Dr Nagpal said.
