The second year students of MBA were back in the campus on February 10, after a week-long break to begin their classes for the fourth semester. The orientation programme began with a prayer service led by the II MBA students. The students were led to seek blessings from The Almighty on the management, staff and students as they head out to complete the last semester of their MBA course.

Dr Rowena Wright, Dean, Academics, welcomed and instructed the students on the schedule for the fourth semester.

Dr (Fr) Melwyn Pinto SJ, Director, addressed the students to be conscious of what is happening around. “We need to be concerned towards current issues namely Uttarkhand glacier disaster, COVID -19 pandemic and the farmers protest. It is important to stay connected,” he said. He further called upon the students to develop right attitudes. “The difference between a good day and a bad day lies in one’s attitude and mindset. If opportunities don’t knock, then one should build a door so that opportunity can knock at once,” Fr Pinto added.
