Virtual learning is here to stay; workshop held at AIMIT

An E–Learning workshop was organised for the faculty members of IT & MBA departments here on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. Mr Royal D’Souza, faculty member of BCA department, St Aloysius College (Deemed to be University) addressed the faculty on digital learning and course generation on the E – Learning portal of St Aloysius College (Deemed to be University).

Mr D’Souza explained how this portal could benefit the faculty as each of them could be an instructor as well as a student and explore new courses. He demonstrated how a course is added to the portal and also discussed its main features, namely calling and reviewing assignments online, organising timed quizzes, generating course certificates and monitoring progress of each student. This portal could also be accessed through the SAC E-Learning app available on Google play store.
