Women’s day: Dr Hemalatha speaks on digital literacy

Dr Hemalatha N, Dean (IT Academics) was invited as chief guest on the occasion of International Women’s Day at the Nursing Science department, Yenepoya Medical College Hospital, Derlakatte on March 8.

She spoke on the topic ‘DigitALL: Innovation and technologies for gender equality’ which was the theme of United Nations for international women’s day, 2023. The audience consisted of around 100 nursing staff from Yenepoya Medical College Hospital. Among other aspects, she said that digital literacy will help in achieving gender equality.
