The Department of MBA, School of Business and Management, St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), organized a workshop on “Python for Data Analysts” for 2nd year MBA students (Analytics Specialization) on May 5, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m at AIMIT campus, as part of the MOU initiative with Infosys Springboard.
Mrs. Aiswarya Rajeev, Senior Data Analyst at Infosys Ltd., conducted an insightful session on basics of Python and the importance of certification courses on Python. The resource person revised key Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. She also guided the students through the process of completing the prerequisites necessary for advanced learning. The session enabled students to build confidence in applying Python to real-world data problems. The students completed two basic certifications during the session and showed interest to take up advanced certification courses.
